"Stopped here on Saturday 25 November 2023. It was very busy, given Black Friday weekend shopping. The staff were all super efficient however and were doing an excellent job of getting through huge queues whilst keeping the place pretty spotless. Good service and great drinks. Keep up the good work."

"When I saw a blue-haired barista with tattooes I knew my coffee would be banging Now seriously, every time I’ve had coffee here the baristas have been super friendly and my coffee/matcha has been perfect. I have yet to try any food but hey there’s only so much girl on a budget can spend on coffee shops! Love that there’s upstairs seating and right in the centre of Exeter. Shoutout again to all the baristas, you’re amazing!"

"By far and away the best Coconut Cappuccino and Almond Croissant of 2024. I am a massive fan of the house blend at Nero which tastes really good with alternative milks. I recommend this newer Nero as the staff are attentive to each customer from what we observed."

"absolutely lovely service as always and i highly commend the barista team who kept their cool while being loudly verbally berated by a customer who was clearly in the wrong and couldn't figure out how to act in a public space. it was disgraceful how he was acting and the baristas handled the situation amazingly."
